Kopplin’s Coffee offers house-roasted beans of exceptional quality and character. Our family-run business was founded in 2006 as a café in St. Paul, Minnesota serving traditional espresso beverages seasonally for neighbors and coffee aficionados alike. While the café characterized the spirit of the third-wave coffee movement, we are rooted in the traditions of European-style coffee. Over time, our focus evolved to include and then focus on roasting coffee to maintain our GOOD TASTE flavor profile and offer it to home customers and local partner businesses.
